About the authors
Lemn Sissay MBE is a BAFTA nominated International prize winning writer, and was awarded an MBE for services to literature. Google “Lemn Sissay” and all the hits will be about him. There’s only one person in the world called Lemn Sissay.
Grace Dent is a novelist, columnist, author, broadcaster and restaurant critic for The Guardian, for which she won the Guild of Food Writers' Food Writing Award 2019. Grace's memoir Hungry is a book for people who love to eat and love to laugh.
Grace is a regular guest and critic on MasterChef and MasterChef: The Professionals and has appeared on Have I Got News For You, Sky Art's Book Club, Between The Covers, BBC2's The Review Show, The Culture Show and The Apprentice.
